Nothing more that my operators call sign for transmitting frequencies over 50khz ;)
but friends call me Chaos for short

I think Chaos would be a great user name but either way welcome.

I always liked the name MasterBlaster from "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome" and 84 was the year I graduated high school. 84 marked the end of my first boombox cycle since I was chasing the girls, going to school and moved out of the old folks home so I was completely broke and had no material possessions.

I couldn't think of anything else with "boom" in it that hadn't already been used.
(OK, maybe "Boom Chicka Boom," but I didn't like that.)

I used to race RC cars back in the 90's. For a good ten years at least, was very heavily invested in them. Raced everything from road, carpet, dirt, electric and gas. Even multiple classes on the same day!
Anyways, I would, every once in a while, kinda blow a fit. Throw stuff around, drive cars into walls, whip them into my van, or stomp my pit table flat, you know, normal stress release exercises!
A fellow racer coined my "team stress" nickname and it just kind of stuck with me. :-D

OK. I'll bump this, since Fatdog brought it up (https://boomboxery.com/forum/index.php?/topic/18610-username/#entry228172).
As a kid I hated my name. I got tired of spelling it, explaining it, and then having it butchered (I guess I should surround myself with more intelligent people). Four little letters: Aram. It's not Adam, Aaron, or Armen.
When my brother and I were kids, my brother suggested that I try a different name. Something that I didn't have to spell every single time I introduced myself. He said I look like a "Lou." Then he spelled it "Lew."
The "Super," that came a little later. As a kid I was always taking things apart to see how they worked (much to the dismay of my old man). As I got older, I figured out how to put things back together. Friends used to drop things off for me to fix. Things like stereos, guitars, snowmobiles - You name it. People started calling me "The Doctor" or "Dr. Lew." Then I started installiing car stereos in my parents garage (again, to the old man's dismay). A buddy from school dropped off a salvaged flood car '92 El Dorado and asked if I could put a stereo in it. I said, "Hell no! This thing's junk! Cut your losses and scrap it - Quick before my Dad gets home."
I ended up taking on the smelly brain-numbing (factory premium sound) project and got it done in 3 nights. From that day forward he called me "Superman," though I felt more like "Sampson and Son" with nausia.
Put the two together and you get superlew!
BTW: It's pronounced A-rum (Adam - D + R = Aram)
Congratulations if you read the whole post. Hey, ask and ye shall receive.
:-D

Old = Because I'm at the top of the hill and people say I'm old fashioned.
Skool = Because I like teaching youngsters about the old ways of doing things that for the most part ended after the Reagan years.
69 = Year I was born. AND THAT IS ALL IT IS! :w00t: :-D

I was drunk in a convenience store late one night in Wellington NZ and a Maori kid in there looked up at me and goes "hey! Sazeus!" My friends ran with it and it stuck.

Back in 1990 there was a dude in the local Amiga BBS scene that would show up at copy parties dressed like he was Michael Jordan heheh... he'd bring his 9600 baud modem and put our 2400's to shame. He disappeared soon after so I took the name because I thought it was cool. I was using Erik the Red as a username, but that wouldn't work on some BBS software because it had spaces in it.
