Line Out said:I have a grip problem with the "pulley" that has the rubber "square" o-ring. On Play, it should grip the metal shaft, but it wont play. I've tested heavier spring, larger o-ring and still got only very slow and wobbly playback. When I got the box, the ring and shaft were covered in some kind of black goo (bitumen maybe). I cleaned it but didn't help. The o-ring wont get a grip from the shaft...
A picture with questions (sorry for copyright violation):
-Contact between the shaft and the o-ring? (On play, does the wheel feel stiff / "grippy" against the metal shaft?)
-O-ring outer diameter?
-Spring stiffness, length when loose (removed)?
-Free play (up-down) on the left side of the white plastic part? (On play)
-Motor speed adjust?
