Radio 80's in Japan!

[Radio 80's FM]

Hi all,

Arrived after a stop over in Singapore all in one piece and even managed to get through customs and not miss the last train!
When I hit my wife's old bedroom my M70 was waiting for me. Awesome condition and everything works!!
Took a walk to my favourite junk shop and bam! It's now a McDonalds!!!
There was a couple of high end 2nd hand shops close by but the only had a iPod kaboom.
I will be heading to Osaka on Thursday so you will have to wait till then for updates.
My wife is not co-operating with the "hey honey, look me up some junk shops nearby please!".
I'll soon see if my memory of shops brimming with boxes was just a beer induced illusion!

Well I'm here in Denki town now and it's slim pickings.
Seems like the area has gone down hill and is mostly soft porn shops & Maid cafe's.
Spoke to a guy in a vintage electronics shop (I'm talking valve stuff) and he said " just walk around and have a look in every shop".
Well I did and there was SFA.
So looks like Tokyo MIT be the go and I'll speak to the guys at stereo sonic and see what they say.
Cold be them buying on Yahoo!

Got Turbosonics address and not too far from Akihabara so I'll take a look!
Tokyo might have more 2nd hand shops to look at but time is short (like my wifes patience).
A mate of mine wants to go for a drive tomorrow so I might hit him up to go to all the Kyoto recycling shops.
I have my M70 but I wont be happy unless I can come home with either a M90/GF-1000/Big Ben (or all 3!)??!

Kita no Temungu flea markets on Thurs.
Also might have one line on a grail.....
My wife is sensing my frustration ( and the fact I have spent nothing while I've been here) and may sanction ONE purchase.
I could ask the inlaws to help but I will be sleeping in my man cave for a month if I do!!
