Are the apartments in Italy big enough to hold those boomboxes. I watch 'House Hunters International' on HGTV and most of the places there are small. Depending on your bucks.
If you get a housing allowance, Chris, rent a villa...best way to go (if you can afford it.) They can get pricey, I'm told, not to mention being a little farther out from downtown these days. You have to go even farther out than Lago Patria, which is where I lived as a kid. My brother says its just a slum nowadays...if your closer in town, a good Parco is probably your only option. They're guarded, which is a good thing in Naples.

He's right...apartments are very small.

You are gonna love Italy. The Amalfi Coast, Pizza BY The Meter in Vico Equenze...the markets...it never ends, the things to do.

Honestly my 1st Gen somebody was in there before me as there was an extra capacitor on the woofer, so it sounds a little off on one side, I haven't gotten to doing a full restore yet, just fixed the busted posts and swapped the bad transformer when I got it. I think it looks better though. Kinda my shelf queen till i do it.
Bummer, hopefully you will get around to bringing it back to original form

I guess we'll find out when we get there. Our goal is to find a villa with a walled yard, garage and at least 3-4 bedrooms and 2 baths

Thanks for the heads up. It will take a few weeks to find the right place. We will have a real estate agent take us around and find something that fits our needs. Preferably by the ocean, but we will see.

Well, I hope we don't run into that problem, also....we don't have to pay for it....It's part of the contract. No rent, no bills, no airfare, no moving our stuff, 1 car, 1 motorcycle all included. The only thing we will pay for is car insurance, cell phone, internet and food (and beer which could cost a FORTUNE!)

Answer the question once and for all, what radio has the most power!

Damn Chris you really want to know!

Well to answer your question it depends on the person which boombox appeals to them. In my case I've have had many but the one that stands out is the Toshiba WX-1 and second my JVC M-90.

I regret giving my Toshiba to my stepfather as it was stolen from him in the 90's.

I hope you have a good time and have fun and enjoy yourself . The farthest I've ever been away from Maryland is Florida and I wish I would have stayed there.

I think I was about the same time distance away when I was in Tampa Palms roughly 45 minutes I remember the bars in Tampa were so busy you can't even get in the door I've never been to places like that I mean there were people drinking in the parking lot because they couldn't get in the bar I'm not sure about all of Florida but the one place we went to you can buy beer and drink it on the sidewalk, it was one of those little Havana type places.
