When I first got into collecting and searching for radio's the Sanyo M7850K caught my eye. The first time I saw it, I thought it was a miniature Lasonic TRC-920. If you look closely, you will see it has many of the same features.
I searched high and low over the years. I bid on a few on eBay and some have gone for crazy money. But never got my hands on one
This radio came from our great member K2J who generously hooked me up! I don't know if he is a mind reader or what, but I was so excited when he offered this to me.
Thank you so much Brent, really means a lot. Of course, she will get the full treatment because...THAT'S WHAT WE DO

Notice the similarities...
Function and Radio band switches are in the same location and are smaller versions of the same knobs. The cassette deck door plexi uses same screws, woofer grills and surrounds, condenser mic grills, same shape & location, dual antenna with the same antenna clips, tiny versions of the volume, bass and treble knobs, has full volume activated VU meter, similar hand and handle ends. Little red stripe on the volume knob. Same "Auto Stop" arrow on the deck door.

I find it very interesting that these two are so close yet made by different company's.
Very cool.
Next year, I will be rockin' this box at the Relay For Life Cancer Walk! Thanks again Brent.
