The customer bought the lightning bolt guitar strap online and sent it to me to convert to a boombox strap for him. I can't find that pattern in bulk material so the only way it to try and modify an existing strap.

The Rexcel Boombox uses guitar strap style ends. But I'm not sure I would trust a guitar strap. Any suggestions?

Thanks for everyone's support! I think this has been going 7 years pretty steady and I am out of hardware yet again!

I'm trying to get more buckles and slides into the line of jobs for our plasma table and out for zinc plating as soon as I can. My strap material stock is low. The fastening hardware supplier doesn't have the larger fasteners I order, now discontinued. I will have to use a smaller fastener until they run out of those as well and at that time I will have to decide to probably stop making straps unless I start sewing the strap material.
