It "works." It's 128 kbps but at only 32kHz instead of 44, so the max frequency is 16kHz.Reli said:Do the recordings actually sound good? The manual says it only records in 128 kbps, which is usable but not great.
Hey Reli. I placed two MP3 recordings I made off of YouTube. Let me know what you think. They're in the Music sectionReli said:Do the recordings actually sound good? The manual says it only records in 128 kbps, which is usable but not great.
Thanks caution. I have retired mine for the evening. Is blinking so I'm going to leave it all night and see where it stands in the morning. So far today it charges to where the top green light comes on but flickers right off the bat when the volume gets up above 25%.caution said:It "works." Transistorized, I measured 13.27V on a fully charged battery, detached from the internals.
That's correct. I noticed the same thing.Reli said:I notice that the bass and treble knobs actually influence recordings. Unlike on vintage boxes.
Yes. A HUGE thumbs up. Replacing the battery is the best thing anyone could ever do. Bypassing the internal charging circuitry is the second best thing. Now I can enjoy this thingmellymelsr said:I'm glad my recommended battery upgrade is catching on. Love my DJ Tech. It gets lots of play in my boomroom. It is my go-to travel radio as well. Great sound, long battery life, and great portability make this box a huge winner.
Sup Joe! I would to have liked to grab a black one, but I got red mainly because I didnt have a red boombox of any kind. I love mine. And with the battery upgrade, its even better.blu_fuz said:Good read guys. I hope I bag one of these before they are extinct.
I wish bro, the only one I know of that had 2 was Reli, and he sold one of emblu_fuz said:Do any of you guys have a 'spare' Dj Tech?
Do you know which office that was? US, Hong Kong? Email?blu_fuz said:I talked to DJ Tech and they said this was a one time limited run of boomboxes and they have no plans to make any more in the future.
