Me and mine are horrified and hoping and praying for the victim’s, their families and loved ones. Milwaukee loves Boston!

As a former member of our US military...I am always shocked, saddened, and angry. My heart breaks for the deceased and their families, my heart cries for the ones who survived who will have to deal with this hellish nightmare.Lasonic TRC-920 said:It's sickening....But one thing I won't do, is go back into hiding. I have been all over this planet, survived situations I'm not at liberty to discuss, and have seen the bad, the ugly, and downright sick. But it pains me to continue seeing this on our HOME TURF! I don't care who it is, what the agenda was, or why those involved were driven to this madness in the first place. This stuff happens because as a nation we have gotten weaker. There was a fear of doing this kind of thing because at one time everyone knew that you would be found and dealt with. Now there is no fear because if you are caught you'll flounder around in the system and get treated better than the homeless while bureaucrats waffle around the issue.
Your damn right we shouldn't live in fear. But that's what is being pushed. Run, hide, don't come out, be careful.
What have we as a nation become.:evilmad:
My step mom qualified for the Boston Marathon this year but didn't have enough money to make it out there. Now I'm glad she didn't go. My aunt was there last year. Identical twins and always loved running.

. On a more terrifying note, I attended a first responders training (one of many) a few years ago. This was a closed meeting. We were warned that with the threats of I.E.Ds becoming more popular, to keep in mind that the next 911 style attack could come as attacks on Railroad cargo trains. There are some horrible & nasty chemicals that travel on rails right through densely populated residential and commercial areas. So frightening to think of the back yards, schools, downtown areas, etc. that these travel through. ALL these cars can detonate, mix with other chemicals, etc. We were trained on evacuations, how far too, or shelter in place procedures based on several factors. Something to keep in mind. (as if We don't already have enough to fear). Just a little 411.

I think a lot of police agencies already use them, for following a fleeing suspect, reconnaissance before they serve a warrant, etc. It will be a long time (if ever) before they carry weapons, since those types of drones are military/CIA only.ford93 said:Here in Tampa the politicians passed a bill for law enforcement to use drones on a limited basis. Leaves you to think what is really behind this decision.
