I've been in contact with Albert who inherited the Lasonic business his Grandfather created. I extended an invitation for him to attend Our 1st Annual Boomboxery meet. I gave his some details and the links, etc to rooms, and our thread here. I suggested he might even be able to move some Lasonic SWAG, and other products at the meet. And, maybe We could show him some Lasonic love with our own stuff for him to see. I'm keeping My fingers crossed, and will keep You all updated.

Yeah. I've been a fan since 1986. You've seen my pic of Me with the 931 from back then. I can still remember how good the songs sounded from those bouncy, snow white woofers back then. I was DJing on Technics 1200 series turntables, and making mix tapes to play on the 931. I bought my Lasonic TRC-920 brand new in 1983 at Saugus Speedway Swap meet from Albert's MOTHER! True story (as best as Albert and I have been able to figure, ask him

Funny how we each bought Our Lasonics at the Swap Meet. I bought mine at the Chino Swap meet for $180, NIB. Listening to the Saturday night Megamix parties on LA's Power 106fm (I think it was 105.9) in the 80s was awesome sounding on the 931. Maybe Chris and Miles could ad some influence as well. That would be sweet if he came to our meet.
