Youtube boombox videos-effective?

It's always nice for someone to show you a bit of their world on a Youtube video.Some of these videos are enjoyable,some are not.Even so we have to appreciate the work of all those who take the effort to share with others.There are quite a few videos posted by boombox collectors.In general,do you enjoy these videos?To be honest often times I am too impatient to sit through many of them.Personally speaking I would like to hear more commentary during them instead of just music.Given the fact that Youtube clips can't adequately demonstrate sound quality,I feel this would make many of these videos much more interesting.It would also be much more interesting to hear in depth of their many features,why they like the box,what makes it special,how the box was acquired,etc..Does anyone feel as I do on this?What do you feel people could do to make them more enjoyable to watch?

jovie there was one guy i dont remember was showing a box but you could see the tape running and the music was playing but the funny thing was that he was moving the camera around but there was no differance in sound i think it was for sale on ebay, youtube is great in its way and to see a box working but at the same time you have to watch out some of them like to do tricks

I get a kick out of people who think they can judge a boombox's "sound" by listening to a you-tube video though their computer speakers. Just how do they think that is going to work?

It kind of makes me think of people who watch an ad for the latest-greatest TV on their own TV. And then marvel at how great the picture looked on that "new" TV. Um, excuse me, but if you that that looked good watching it on your OWN TV..... um nevermind. Go make some toast in the shower....

Oh well yes the "thing " about the true sound over yt.

I did some BB vid´s myself for show up and so... but was never happy with the sound yt give u (it´s a code problem).

But you can still hear ( some "good" speakers useing) the dif on some of those yt BB vid´s for sure .

What u think about this ones ?
