Been listening to my Yamaha PC-9 lately and I still am amazed at the sound that comes out of this boombox!! I haven't even had it at 5 yet on the volume, the sound is literally fantastic!!!
Very nice bass and the treble is very clean and super nnice.I do have to say this is definitely a Hi-Fi box!!
The tuner is very strong and picks up great on AM and FM.
Now if I just find time to get belts and get my deck going I'll be super happy!!
For its relatively small to mid size it's extremely heavy even without batteries!!
I heard these were very expensive new and that does not surprise me.
Fantastic boom box highly recommended!!!

i hear you man , you might draw more attention if you had a collection of super grails that you talk about 24 hours a day.and ,make sure you point out every detail of the boxes so that the useless **** continues day in and day out.

ALSO YOU SHOULD GIVE AWAY AS MUCH CRAP AS YOU CAN IN ORDER TO EARN FRIENDS!.

if that fails you can try to wedge yourself into the in crowd but only if you post about everything and anything just to drive up your post count and prove that you can spend every minute talking about a fuking radio's .

just don't talk about boxes that are not conions/m90/ or whatever is popular this week. nobody cares about the other 10,000 models that exist.

you can join me in the nose bleed seats of boomboxery where you just look and listen they will re discover that you exist if you have something that's needed.

just follow these helpful hints and you too can be forgotten because you don't spend every minute here. hell even i post now and again just to remind myself i don't count for **** anymore.

Floyd, your are a great guy!!! Thank you!!
I've always tried to be a good member here and I believe a good buyer and seller.

I know I haven't posted photos here but I haven't had much luck as it seems to be difficult for some reason.Hell I even asked to get help posting an avatar and no response, no help! :(

You made my day buddy! Your right on, I guess the Yamaha isn't a grail in people's eyes here but to me it's not just looks it's sound!!! It's a super sounding powerful boomer.
Yes i have M-90's and just about everything else but I guess I'll keep those to myself and I'll really start posting about eggs from now on!!! (lol)

Love ya Floyd and THANK-YOU!!! :)

jeff , download a pic onto your computer , then go into your boomboxery profile settings and look in the corner where the avatar pic should be and click on it , or go into update profile and then change pic setting and it will say upload files.then once you click on that it will open a box where you can find the pic you downloaded onto your computer then you click on that file and it will upload it to your profile then you select that as your pic and it will change the avatar. be sure when you download the pic you want that you name the file so it's easy to find when you want to upload it to your boomboxery profile.

Hi Floyd, unfortunately for some time now I only have mobile Internet (smart phone)
But a while back I did try (yes I know how to do this) but all the photos were to large in size.I asked Bobby if he could help me downsize a photo but I never heard back.
On my old computer I have a program that will reduce the size of photos but not on the one I was using.

I do appreciate you trying to help me on this.
Just get a little frustrated as I'm going through a lot of stress lately.
Sorry if I'm sounding like a jerk not trying to.
Maybe when I get back on a regular computer I'll try again.

I tried to load photo bucket on my phone but it just didn't work.
I can however load you tube videos but I never could find an option to just upload photos on that site as someone here told me I could do that.
I love photos and I have a lot on Facebook and instagram.

Oh well, thanks again Floyd.:)

There are a lot of grails in this world and we are lucky. I have to have radio's to dream about. But sometimes, it's nice to pull an obvious "Non-Grail" down off the shelf, something that I haven't even dusted off in a while and have a closer look. Take it out to the garage, use my FM transmitter to get a signal from my mp3 player and let it rock.

We are lucky to have found a hobby / sport / obsession that is literally a bottomless wishing well. Because there are thousands and thousands of different models and no matter how long you collect you will NEVER have them all.

To me, that is BITCHEN

Yamaha "Natural Sound"

And I have plenty of non-grails. It's all about what speaks to me from a style and design standpoint. I could buy 5-6 boxes for the price of an M70 that look better in my eyes than that M70.
