Vladi where do you put the M90 on that shadow? I'm thinking you strap it on the front fender so the women can hear you coming.

here is my story from last week
(sorry to crash this fun thread with a rare // serious thought)
one of our young harley friends --crashed and died last week from head injuries -
he never had a helmet --
at the funeral --were about 50 other biker friends -
not even ONE had a helmet

Sad news Ira and shows how vulnerable we are especially if you don't take any precautions. The sad fact is no one is safe on a bike even if you wear a helmet but the helmet sure does improve your odds of surviving and without serious brain injuries. We have a helmet law in California so yes I do wear a helmet, in fact I almost always have, even long before the helmet law.
When I was a teen I dropped a bike, without a helmet, in a parking lot messing around and ended up bashing my head into the concrete island. Fortunately there was no permanent damage that I'm aware of but ever since I have worn a helmet, I think that was around 1982.

Don, is it just me, or did you really ask what you asked??? If I have a strap on in front of my bike, so women could hear me coming???????
There is no helmet law in Texas as far as I know, but I do have one. It doesn't improve my IQ though

As y'all know, I don't own a motorized bike. (Which is why I coughed up those stupid pics of my pink National shopping/commuter ladies' bicycle from Japan.) I couldn't ride a motorized bike if I owned one. And I couldn't get a license even if I could ride one. So, instead, here's a nice, vintage photo of a Vespa (I think) scooter... because I still feel a need to contribute something to this thread.
