It really looks like a survivor.
That should clean up real nice.
Even has the little sticker by the ams switch for the music search.
those are usually long gone on most M-90's
Congrats look forward to seeing it all done. Hopefully the missing channel is an easy fix.
Did you plug headphones into it yet or line out to see if it outputs both sides???
Also you could flip flop speakers to see if its the speaker.
Likely if both meters are swinging its not the pre-amp stage.

Joel, this is the only picture the seller put up:
He never mentioned the condition of the antennas or if it had any at all. Never mentioned if the battery door was there either. I did ask him for more pictures but never got any. I was just hoping everything would be there and didn't ask any more questions.
Damn I'm happy.

I have fantastic news! Both channels work PERFECT! Full sound all around baby!
Headphone jack was just dirty, so I worked the headphone plug in and out a bunch and WHAMO, blasting like it has never blasted before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's what's up. Keep it OG, Blu. That's my 2¢ vote. The little touch ups will make all the difference. No artificial blingage necessary with an M90. 
Congrats on the awesome, yet risky, but totally sweet addition! You rolled the dice and it paid off.
