I found this mini on a thrift store shelf.
I couldn't just leave it there, even though it doesn't work.
I just hear a faint sound when I plug in my ipod, and I hear nothing from the radio.

Does it light up at all when you plug it in?
Is it just a 'no sound' issue?
Does it work on batteries vs AC?

Hmm I got one of those in silver. Not a bad little mini. The belt in mine gave up the ghost a while ago. I think you should maybe try giving it a good clean. Maybe it will come back to life. If not see if you can mod it. Turn it into a iPod dock

Tiny Tim Toshiba did not die that Christmas and went on the shelf with all the grails!

Those Tosh minis are awsome but can be a pain to fix. But absolutely worth it if you do.
