What boxes do you have or know of that doesn't have a tape counter?

I find it odd that these two boxes of mine don't have tape counters, especially when they're big and fairly well loaded with features and have double cassette.

Surprisingly to me, my Panasonics: RX-DT610, RX CT980, CT800 & CS700 don't have counters either.

The DT-680 has a digital tape counter,yes not many really good quality ones are without a tape counter.

Some of the 3rd edition 931's dont have tape counters either.

Do any of those have a song scan feature? If so they might've decided the tape counter was (mostly) redundant.
