Wanted - replacement speakers for Sharp GF575E

One of the speakers on my Sharp ghettoblaster has stopped working and the other cuts out after a few seconds. I don't know much about this but one shows 2.3 ohms and the other 26 ohms so I presume they are dead. The speakers are 16.5cm, and say 4w / 3.2 ohms on the back. I have tried looking for some but this seems unusual size. Anyone have any ideas about replacements? Could I use different power or impedence without damaging the unit?
