VICTOR PC-11 Won't Fast Forward or Rewind

I have problems with fast forward or rewind. Has anyone encountered this model? It was broken, a plastic part. But after assembly it still doesn't work. Maybe someone has a photo of the cassette deck how everything should be installed

Ok when I see those floating gears it gives me the shiver's. You must get the springs perfectly set as the big gears are in holding pattern until mechanical logic kicks in.

I am not sure but maybe this thread might be of any help for you? There is a spring on the gear that I don't see in your picture.
