I think this is a great idea for so many reasons...
Every time we have a meet, there is so much going on I forget to take pictures. At the Nor Cal meet my wife took all those wonderful shoots that ended up on this site. I was too busy looking at all the radios.
At the last Beat Swap I took like 5 pictures because I have my blaster tied to my cell phone streaming music and every time I take a picture, the phone makes that stupid fake camera "Shutter Click" which turns off the music. So I just didn't take pictures. All other pictures of past Beat Swap's were taken by my wife who may or may not go to this.
In the past, while being a musician and in a band, I have found it's just best to have a professional photographer tell you where to stand and how to pose.
$10-$15 a head is NOTHING compared to what we will get in return. Plus think of how jealous all the other Boomboxery members will be after they see kick ass we look! (Man, you guys around the world need to get your shait together! :blink: :thumbsdown: )
Not that I am a fashion expert, but dress for photo's and bring your favorite MINI :lol:

I agree 100%. My wifes usually busy with my son but she'll snap photos when she can, but its tough. I'm like a kid myself with the event so that means she's watching 2 boys Lol. We spend so much $$$ on our radios so to me it's totally worth it and won't break anyone's bankroll.

Well, for anyone that has ever looked at a map of Australia and then asked why all the members down under don't get together...they just need to look at the mileage! :blink:

But you guys have had some great get togethers over the years.

I'm not going to be able to make it to the meet on March 7th

Wifey reminded me we will be at the NASCAR race in Las Vegas from Thursday through Sunday that weekend, home on Monday :sad:

I'm really sorry guys, for some reason I thought the NASCAR race was the weekend after.

All I can say is sorry and I hope you guys wave that flag HIGH and represent So Cal :rock:

WTF is right!!! This Venice meet is really important to us waving the Boombox flag. We can't go to war without our general. I know it will probably be inconvenient for everyone but I vote to try and reschedule it.
