Ok West Coasters! 
Tell me what you think about this idea...I spoke to photographer Nannette Ricaforte about a possible type of photo shoot of all of us in attendance at the Venice Beach meet. She's an awesome photographer and she loves taking random, in the now, raw photos. She often attends the Beat Swapmeet and takes some really great shots. What I would like to know is if anyone that's planning on going to Venice would be down with pitching in around $15 or $10 each to give to Nannette for her time. The more that would like to pitch in the better. She said she's flexible and will work with our budget, meaning that if we want her to shoot for an hour she will. Or for however long we want. I was thinking an hour would be sufficient. She told me there would be one link that everyone could access, of all the action shots and pictures she takes so that you could download them or print them or do as you please with them. Im sure if you want a disc, she could do that too. I figured this would be a good opportunity to get some GREAT shots of all of us and our boomboxes in the wild without having to stop and take out our cell phones and snap pictures all day. She's sooooo down for this! And wants to shoot us and she absolutely LOVES Venice Beach. Theres so many cool backdrops out there for all of us. If anyone would like to participate and do this, please post it here on this thread or feel free PM myself or Chris-Lasonic TRC-920 so that we can get a head count of how many guys would like to contribute. That's if everyone wants to do this of course. Now this is not mandatory in any way, but I wanted to throw it out there to see what everyone thought??? Thanks everyone, and please give me your thoughts or suggestions!

Guys....do you think it is possible for you in exactly prearranged time to pose in front of this Live camera on Venice Beach and say hello to all of us who can not to attend on the meeting with some waving hands or etc?
If it is possible, all the other members will have the opportunity to see you in live.

Hey that's a great idea! I had no idea Venice had this, I'm sure we can make it happen, I think it would be really cool and I'm sure everyone would be more than happy to wave hello to the members of the world. I think this is a great idea for so many reasons...
Every time we have a meet, there is so much going on I forget to take pictures. At the Nor Cal meet my wife took all those wonderful shoots that ended up on this site. I was too busy looking at all the radios.
At the last Beat Swap I took like 5 pictures because I have my blaster tied to my cell phone streaming music and every time I take a picture, the phone makes that stupid fake camera "Shutter Click" which turns off the music. So I just didn't take pictures. All other pictures of past Beat Swap's were taken by my wife who may or may not go to this.
In the past, while being a musician and in a band, I have found it's just best to have a professional photographer tell you where to stand and how to pose.
$10-$15 a head is NOTHING compared to what we will get in return. Plus think of how jealous all the other Boomboxery members will be after they see kick ass we look! (Man, you guys around the world need to get your shait together!
