That's when You bring out the JVC RC550 with that tiny 10" woofer.SpaceLobster said:Okay.
I have a question for you mono-lovers out there, something I can't understand. No offence, but why do you collect monos? I mean, the purpose of a radio is to use it to listen to music right? But these tiny boxes surely cannot produce that much sound, it's just not physically possible with those small speakers.
I could see the charm and retro value, but do you actually listen to them regularly? I dunno, just seems to me that small radios just leaves you wanting more and better sound, as I am always disappointed by the lack of bass for example. This might seem like a stupid question as it is closely related to why I collect bigger radios. But I just couldn't imagine someone bragging about cranking up his mono for that favorite tune.
Peace

I think I was mistaken yes, judging from that picture I think I made a premature judgementledmeter said:The 5410 is not a tiny sounding machine. It is quality and sounds big and deep and warm. It handles a LOT of volume output. And it's sexy. It's not the type of mono you might be confusing it with mr space lobster![]()
