Trouble with my new boombox

I have recently purchased a Sharp GF-800, and when i press play on it, the tape spindle does not move. Rewind and fast forward work on it though.

Might need a total drive belt replacement.

Just pray the belts are still there and not melted goops. Either way clean with qtips and 90+ Iso alcohol.
