chris just mentioned that he has only seen a few of the gorgeous 9990
and we have so many posts here about how rare and GREAT are the Tosh40 and the S90-
and i have a MacKenzie
--such a RARE WX-1 model that i have seen ONLY ONE !!!
so,,,,,,,,,,,,
does this tosh mystery actually mean that the toshiba marketing division was a grand FAILURE ?????????
and that -- in those days
JVC and Sanyo owned the big boomer market --
to the point that these gorgeous and beautiful sounding tosh machines never competed at the retail stores ?
perhaps ....the s90 and the 9990 did not have that badass ' street look' ,,,
but the T40 had all that times 10 !!!
surely there had to be
production numbers --to make them $$ feasible --
what...........do we think happened to all these ??
any guesses
