That´s a nice Tosh BomBeat you got there :thumbsup: , i know that BomBeat series is just a selection of "better" Tosh models, just older models with BomBeat name slapped on them and some design improvements, but how does it sound like ?

those little toshiba's get quite loud and sound pretty decent , i hat 2 of these and i was suprized how much volume they have . nice little boombox .

I often wondered about the tosh bombeat units the one with the remote control mostly, this one is a nice find ...I haven't found much 8n the wild

The BomBeat is in pretty good condition it just does not power up seems like there's a loose wire on the power supply because if I shake it it'll turn on and off so I need to open it up again

Sounds like a "cold" or just broken solder joint, luckily, Toshiba´s like this have motherboard attached to case easily, you just slide it out in one piece. Good luck with that, lovely box it sure is, like a RT-80s counterpart :lol:

How come, when you re-soldered the plug jack then i guess it should work perfectly. :huh:

I don't know.. It only play's on batteries.... I'll open it up again later..
