The white M70 was killed by SUV

My customized white M70 was destroyed today. I was in the garage cleaning up and had the M70 in the driveway blaring tunes. The wife pulled up in the big SUV and didn't see it in the center of the driveway. Before I could turn around I heard a loud CRUNCH and it was gone.. :'-( ..but all is not lost. I was able to save the chassis and most of the internals. The front and rear case are toast so I am looking for a front case with or without speakers if anyone has a non working M70 laying around. I was sad to see it go...only had one day to enjoy it. Oh well, on to the next project. So anyone with a front M70 case available please pm me....

well this isnt april one so i am guess this tale is true.
try hard to not be too angry with your better half. i mean i know that you must be pretty gutted about the accident.
i am not sure if i would be able write about something like that for a few days if it happened to .
at least the innards are still there that is good.
you know you have been working your skills on customizing your m70.
why not make a new case for it out of wood.
i know it would be extremely hard and a lot of work.but it could be really really cool.
one thing is for sure if you did make it from wood i am going to bet it would sound fantastic.
very sorry to hear man but i am sure that fate will bring another to you with all due time.

How could she not see it? That white should have stood out pretty good against the concrete. Good thing there was not a small child sitting there instead.

I would put her under a bright light for some questioning... just how "happy" is she with your hobby?
