For years, I kept my little JVC RC-S22JW mono-box tucked away in my sock drawer (covered with socks, of course) because I was ashamed to admit that I bought it without a handle and didn't realize it 'til I got it home.
But now its twin - a Euro edition RC-S22L (with LW band and a slightly different assortment of SW bands) - has arrived, and I decided to pull out the JW, dust off the sock lint, and do a family portrait.
Actually, this is a nice little box, with a senstitive SW tuner (it's more like a multi-band radio with a cassette add-on) and pretty good sound, considering its size. Which brings me to my question. Do you suppose the S22 is the smallest JVC boombox ever made? I vote "yes," unless someone proves me wrong.
Will that someone be YOU!?!
