The next red one is ready - Hitachi

So, the next red candidate is ready – a Hitachi TRK-LX20. It is almost the same as the Hitachi TRK-6700/6701. It has some features less (no loudness, no micro mixing) and some are different (program search instead of VU LED).
The LX-20 was only for Japanese market.
As you can see on the first pictures it came quite dirty. Tape deck did not work – melted belt and broken tape head block because of strong spring.






After a deep cleaning, polishing, spraying of speaker grills, new belt and repaired head block it is back at work. Does not look like new, but much better then before.
