Mine is really tiny when I first take it out in public..

But then, when I pull it gently, it grows another few inches:

And finally, it can be put back into its box once I've finished playing with it:

That bright red bit on the end (of its VHF aerial) shouldn't have been on there, it came with the wrong knob on, but I pulled the right one off (another radio), stuck that in and these days, it has a shiny, silvery knob on the end that fits perfectly.

I wonder who else has a mini one that gets larger when it's being played with?
