The List....

Okay, with all the talk of the celebs that have passed away this year, and that movie "The Bucket List" in mind.... Let's start a list of the top five things you want to do before you die.

And since none of us have a budget like Jack Nicholson's character from "the Bucket List," It should be a somewhat specific, selfist and realistic goal for you.

(obviously, if you have kids, you want to see them flourish... that kinda stuff is a no-brainer)

Here's mine (subject to revision):

1) Travel to New Zealand & Australia (Expensive, but should be realistic at some point)
2) Learn how to produce some killer house tracks & remixes of songs I like (requires time & effort to get past that initial equipment learning curve, ie. how the hell do you use a sampler and other types of such gear to maximum ability??!!!)
3) Get scuba certified! (so I can take more advantage of living so close to the Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic & the Carribean!)
4) Go on a cruise around the world (I'm thinking after I retire for this one)
5) Get my golf handicap down to scratch! (I'm a 10 now, this **** ain't easy)

JUST ADDED:
6) Learn how to read a schematic and fix my own electronics!!!!

its sorta deep
for most of us

at first thougts -

1. to stay healthy --quite important
2. get a hi-def camera - next year
3. watch/hope my youngest kid gets less dumb
4. see my new york city grandkids more often
5. convince my lovely wife that she has not wasted her last 27 years !!!
6. complete the box collection
7. see the dolphins and the marlins win the big ones
8 . score this INCREDIBLE 14 year old local hottie (in 4 years)
9. ----about 40 more things --

write a book.
travel over 200 mph on land.

Would need to ponder long and hard but a few spring to mind...

1.) I'm with RBJ on staying healthy and my loved ones the same - singly most important.

2.) Go to Poland again

3.) Fly on a C5 Galaxy and sit in the cockpit

4.) Achieve (most) of my bbox ownership goals

5.) Own a Porsche 911 Turbo 1986 Carerra 3.3 in red.

6.) Find my true soulmate / partner someone to grow old with and actually go the distance for a change.

7.) Would like to come into a 'decent' amount of money, not an obscene amount, just enough to see my family OK and have a bit left over to 'play with' and make for a comfortable retirement, but still carry on working for now.

8.) Start a legal community radio station.

9.) Watch a total eclipse.

10.) See my son grow up and get a decent career / lifestyle.

1) Live long enough to see Emily grow up, get married, and have kids

2) Buy my black, 1974-86 Porsche 911 Cabriolet with whale tail

3) Live in Big Fork, Montana

4) Record that CD of my a cappella vocal arrangements

5) Score that INCREDIBLE 14 year old hottie who lives close to Ira (in 3.5 years)

Here is a few of my wishes.
1. To be healthy and happy and see my son grow up and have a good life.
2. Have my parents live long and healthy so they can live at home for many years to come.
3. To grow old and stay married to my wonderful wife of 19 years.
4. Go to europe someday and tour England,Scotland,Ireland Switzerland and Germany.
5. Ride a motorcycle in the Alps.
6. Go for a fast ride on the autobahn in my dream car. A 911 twin turbo Porsche.
7. Fly in a SR-71 blackbird. (this will never happen). :'-(
8. Get my bills paid off.
9. Go to the Sunshine meet and meet the legend Ira in person.
10. own an M90..........
