Yes sir. That is the late great Thomas P. Lawless. He was a Police Cheif for NYPD for over 30+ years. Lost him to pancriatic cancer. Google him. I'm in the obituary. I myself am an officer on Rikers Island for the past 11 years. He was a great and smart guy. Him and I where at Ground Zero on 9/11. He stayed longer than I did and that's where the family and I think he got sick at. It was quick. In a blink he was gone. Sad but what can you do? Sorry to sadden this thread. Yea and the Mustang is a beast!!!
