Now THAT is the way to show a collection!...great pics of some lovely stuff! I've got a couple of those handheld tv's too...completely useless but I remember getting one as a kid and being amazed by it. Some cracking boxes there too!

I have 4-5 small & hand held tv's, I dont have a place to display them yet. But cnt part with them. BTW, you can buy small tv transmitters for your house.

Awesome collection!!

Doing photo shoots like this takes a surprising amount of time and energy, but sooo worth it. Years ago I did a shoot with my collection of then ~20 boxes and it was quite the undertaking. At one point I think my wife and I got in a brawl as she was helping.

LOL, well, I didn't get into a fight with my wife, but its was allot of work.

I set up on some folding TV trays, double high. Covered in a black towel, then clipped a black towel to a sliding closet mirror as the background. I set my Sony A200 SLR camera on a tripod. Had a window on one side and a lamp on the other.

What I also did was wipe down every radio with a microfiber cloth as well as all the shelves, so I cleaned the whole collection too.

Probably took 2.5-3 hours to do, plus uploading and posting.
