Having a little winter weight, normal weight is 200-210 when working out
I'm at about 215-217 now.
Working out now, only 2 times this week,my goal is always 5 times a week!
At least I started last week.
Just a bit extra on the gut-getting smaller!
The secret guys is no frikkin soda pop!! That's the stomach bloater!! :-O

There is no Boombox heavy enough for me!! Serious-I use a single 45
and it's to light, have to move up to a 50!

I've always worked out to some extent all my life since I was 14.

Just hate winter as I'm not as active because where I live-well it sucks!
Nothing to do. :-/
Glad Everyone's getting into the swing of things.
If I have to go on the beach in April I want no bad stomach!! :-D
Have a great one! :-)

GhettoBoom is absolutely right folks!! :agree: :agree: :agree: This is huge fellas! Soda is empty calories and lots of them. One 12 oz can of Coca Cola has 12 teaspoons of sugar    . Try to replace at least one soda a day with a water or flavored water. Sobe and Vitamin water both sell zero calorie flavored waters that taste really good. I'm coming from personal experience on this one, I used to drink (2) 2 liter bottles of Coke a day! That's 1493 calories just from what I was drinking! :nonono:

So Tip Number 1 for the Challenge is: Scale back the soda!

Good Luck!

One week until weigh in!

If you were on the fence and still want to join in no worries!

Tip of the day: Pick up the pace. You can burn up to 33% more calories during a walk by increasing you pace.

Good Luck!

I don't really drink soda at all. Even if we go out for dinner I order water.

I can't do it by myself, so since skippy lives close, I say if he's in then I'm in

I can tell you when I quit smoking I gained over 30lbs well then almost 4 years of non smoking I started back up to calm my nerves and lost it all and then some. I'm not saying to start smoking, believe me I would love to quit again, but its true that quitting does have an effect on your weight
