Having a little winter weight,normal weight is 200-210 when working out
I'm at about 215-217 now.
Working out now,only 2 times this week,my goal is always 5 times a week!
At least I started last week.
Just a bit extra on the gut-getting smaller!
The secret guys is no frikkin soda pop!! That's the stomach bloater!!
There is no Boombox heavy enough for me!! Serious-I use a single 45
and it's to light,have to move up to a 50!
I've always worked out to some extent all my life since I was 14.
Just hate winter as I'm not as active because where I live-well it sucks!
Nothing to do.
Glad Everyone's getting into the swing of things.
If I have to go on the beach in April I want no bad stomach!!
