I went to one of my local electronic shops today hoping a radio was still there i had seen there a couple of years ago.

Took a gander around all the big tv's and all the electronics there all that seemed to be there was those cheapo egg type things the ones you can get for like 15 pounds brand new urgh anyway i kept looking round and my though'ts were she had gone ;-) then i remembered where i had seen the radio a couple of years ago and went streight there more crappy eggs grrrr

I proceeded to pull them out thinking these should be on the skip lol and BINGO i found what i was looking for a panasonic RX ED50 still there untouched, then i noticed the price 129 pounds i liked the look of the radio but thought there was no way i was paying that, this is the type of shop where they don't have sales lol as it was the same price 2 or three yrs ago.

Not being a very good blagger i thought i would leave it but but then if you dont try you don't buy so i went over taking the radio and asked if she would sell for 90 pounds saying it had been there for a few years. She agreed to the price instantly wicked sorted I was just so curious as to how this pretty small radio would peform so i took it without even trying her. :-)

Got her home now and yup i like her alot both eject are electronic music search the works and front loading cd player and the display on the front lights up blue very nice if you can get one of these for a good price i recomend hole heartedly Its no m90 but what other box is lol if anybody has a pick that would be sweeet. All in all a good day and best of all she still has that new sweet smell. :surf:

Having a sweet new smell, that sounds like a pretty good price. It's a very unique looking box for sure.I'll bet anyone who bought one of these when new would have loved to have only paid what you did!
