So I've noted this cute description concerning the sound or tone of boomboxes listed on Japan auctions.
Does anyone have any idea how to explain this to me? For now it's completely incomprehensible and my girlfriend and I are coming up with all kinds of concepts on how a boombox can sound like this!

Probably means it has a sweet smooth sound
that's one of the thoughts we had... but then we talked about it and decided ginger is a sharp flavour so maybe they mean the tone is smooth and sharp or something... anyway I really like it and from now on whenever a box sounds good I'm going to say "mmm... with tones of sweet vinegared ginger" or "SWEET VINEGARED GINGER look at that BOOMBOX!"
