Super Jumbo Photoshop Project

Got bored today so I decided to play around with Photoshop. Eventually I ended up recreating my Clatronic Super Jumbo . This is how far I got today.

Here a picture of the original boombox.

Still a lot of work left... designing a boombox sure is elaborate!

just interesting: this version of the superjumbo has no LEDs over the speakers.

How can is say..... the size let expect more.
Dont compare it with a 931 or so.
Ok , quite loud, but not really deep bass.

Also be very careful when you buy one and it must get shipped!
The mountings for the speakers are on long plastic holders!
I got a similar TEC from germany - smashed!
Good packed, no damage outside, but speakers broke out.
Much damage inside. :'-(

But if you can get one for a fair price - get it.

btw: the LEDs over the speakers are no VUs!!
Those are only simple LEDs connected to the speakers.
All flashing together!

anyway too late to ask for advice, there is already a tec on the way from germany
i hope it makes it way safe, i know u cant expect too much from a tec soundwise but i need one of those for my very own christmas present (where is the santa smiley when u need one)

( i already made some similar experience with one of my ics str5091, where the power supply or transformator was mounted on long plastic parts, in the shipping process it broke of )

Wow! what a work out for your Illustrator skills.
This is one of the reasons that I love the vintage blasters, for hose unique designs and graphics.
