Great radio man, I have the VZ2500 and would love this too!

One of these went for 38 pounds the other week in the UK I think. I missed out there as it was pick up only and my bro lives not far away. Hope you enjoy yours!
 
What video camera did you use? I find it very intriguing that only the images up close are in focus and the rest out of focus like in a professional photo, that's cool lookin' !!! :cool:

I agree. The depth of field effect is really cool. Is that from the camera or post processing? And... I hope that VZ was actually wrapped in bubble wrap and such! :-O

Thanks, I'm happy to say that it was me that got it for 38 pounds the other week. My camera is a Canon 550D my lens a Yashica M42 50mm from the 70's I think :yes: I'm glad you guys like the video any more camera tips just ask :thumbsup:

Really cool effect on the video!!! One last question, does your lens say "Yashica Yashinon Tomioka" on it?

It's not really an effect it's just the lens the more light you let in the more out of focus it looks, its says Yashica maybe that's the UK name for it are something there all the same make.

nice , the vz 2000 is the heaviest one piece box by a mile ,once you have carried it everything else seems light :lol:
