The 9000 was my first Blaster, so it's my personal Grail and will never leave my possession..
As you can see I had to buy a couple "backups" just in case something happened to it!
I plan to clone the backups as well, that's how much I love it..
If there was a fire, it'd be the first thing I would grab!

Took some pics of my VU meters to show the condition..
My Candy Apple Red 9000 has the richest red, since I got it from the original owner..
Next is the 9000Z backup with good colors..
Bottom is the 535 which is clearly faded.. Even the purple and blue show signs of fading.. The heart on the tape door sticker is obviously faded quite a bit as well..

Yeah, the red one was my 1st Blaster that I've had since 2004.. The 9000Z and 535 I got this past year as "backups" after selling a couple C-100Fs.. It's my personal grail, and I didn't want to be Shiat-outta-luck if something happened to it..baddboybill said:

I never posted about this story, but a couple years ago I scored a true wild find! It was just a mini Sharp Qt27 I spotted in the farmer's seed store.. But, the antenna was a perfect match for the missing GF-535 antenna!
Got a nice replacement VU meter from Icedmelon today, mint condition for 18 bucks!
