Long story short, we went to collect it this morning and it is a stunner!
Even with customs charge made this one an absolute steal...

Hmm not much use, can't see what's in there!!!

But now it is a complete giveaway....

The Toshiba RT-S932

With fully working remote control this unit is 100% working

Now that's what I'm talking about Willis... after 4 and a half hours of cleaning...

lol yeh I was bricking it, knowing this was the piece of kit in transit. It was dirty, really dirty, but it's come up gorgeous thankfully. Worth the wait ? helllll YESSSS!!!!

Yeah, the Japanese version is the S93. Toshiba's model numbers are kinda funny 'cause when they released a box for the outside market, they added a number.

The S90 is better. PERIOD.

And I don't know what it is... The woofers and tweeters are the same size... Maybe it's the slight power difference and bigger case of the S90, but it has better bass than EVERY box with 6" woofers in my collection, including the S93. Still, the S93 has the cool ahead-of-its-time gadgetry and whatnot, and is still a great sounding box in its own right.
