Does anyone know the sizes for the idler tire on a Sanyo M7900K ?
Thanks in advance for any/all help and info.

Welcome aboard! The original part number for the idler assembly is 141-0-551T-03400. Google search has no results for that.

Some members have had good luck using O-rings from automotive stores and hardware stores.

I used the O-ring "trick" on my Sanyo M9935K about ten years ago, and it is still working. I actually gave it a light sanding with sandpaper to give it a little more grabbing power; it just seemed too slick/shiny at first and I was worried it would slip.

I found in boombox inside a broken part of idler tire.
Suddenly i rejoyced but when looked at profile ( "T") i don't think so i can replace it with O ring....

I used O ring on my Sanyo M7700 mini but because the O ring is rounded on edge and it wasn't enough surface so I used rubber cement on surface the O ring rides on and seems to work so far. ;-)
