Sanyo M-9820K needs drive tire

Hello everyone. I've got a Sanyo M-9820K that needs a new rubber drive tire. It's the little tire on the black wheel that rubs directly on the rim of the tape spindle hub for playback. Where can I source one?

Some times you can super glue the tyre back together. You can make your own by sanding down an o-ring to suit.

A friend suggested using some 400 grit sandpaper, which did work. Unfortunately the cassette deck also come to find out has a bad captain and possibly a slipping clutch. I'll probably have to source another cassette deck mechanism for this unit as the original is pretty much toast.
