Its been relisted several times, the first being $399.99... It belongs to a member on here and he mentioned how much he paid for it, looks like trying to strike it rich...

It is indeed rare, so even though it does need work, I wouldn't call it junk.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone buys it for close to that price. People have paid even more for non-green Risings, which are dime-a-dozen IMO.
