The 8600 is a personal grail to me as I had one as a kid so I was pleased to bag this rare version.... Tbh it's no better than the standard version!

Ive never been much of a fan of the 8600, here in the UK they are mostly brown and look a bit boring.
This all silver version is a marked improvement and does look really nice. The red and and blue ones are the absolute nuts but just don't seem to come up for sale.

These are very desirable, I tried hard to get one in Japan and even there they are snatched up fast.

Love that classic design. I have never heard one so it's nice to know they sound so good
