Radio's with the best LOUDNESS switch

What radio's do you have that have the greatest differential in volume when the LOUDNESS switch is on or off?

As strange as it is, I think some of the best radio's I have that have LOUDNESS switches tend to be the smaller radios.

GE 3-5286A has a great loudness

Realistic SCR-8 also has a kick ass loudness button

Of course we all know the TRC-975 has a MONSTROUS LBS loudness button...

So what else is out that that has a GREAT Loudness Button / Switch

Also, what radio's are your biggest LOUDNESS button disappointments?

Most of my boxes have equalisers (ie no loudness switch) but of the ones that do, my Hitachi TRK-8080W has a large effect on the sound. It goes from extremely tinny to mildly tinny with one flip of the switch!

My CEC or AKA Soundmaster has an awesome loudness switch!!!

Like Chris said the Lasonic TRC975 has the best Bass Boost switch of any Boombox hands down!!!!

I like the Sanyo M9998 and the Aiwa Stereo 660 DSL circuit is just
like the 880!! Incredible!!

Lbs on 975 is great if the volume is on like 3.
Other than that you are taking the far left slider on the eq almost all the way down.
Very disappointing loudness feature now the 931 loudness switch is like whoa
Mine is always on.

Crown 850 and RISING 20/20 both have excellent loudness functions that don't crap out too early
and really make them earn their keep in the bass department.

I hate to say it too, I thought it was just me or maybe I had some settings wrong, but my 975 is the same way. Under 3 on the volume knob and it's CRAZY, above that it's a sloppy drunk. I still prefer my 935

But the 975 looks so

Aiwa TPR 990, Helix HX-4630, Sansui CP-7...

But when the volume turns above five on TPR990, I turn off the loudness switch, for sound quallity improvements!!!
