it's because my friends are constantly asking (and telling) me why radio sucks? and why does every station play the same songs? So I figured some of you might think and wonder the same things and I totally understand, I don't listen to mainstream radio when I'm not working, I get it. A great program director I worked for broke it down to me like this, If ESPN has the choice between broadcasting a RedSox Vs Yankees game or a Royals Vs Indians game which one do you they they're going to choose? same thing in radio, play the hits and it works.. because if it didn't, every radio station in every city wouldn't be doing and playing the same songs. I Hope you enjoyed this look inside mainstream radio brought to by DJ Breezy
