Great idea, but what if there's a fire? I see someone hooking the end of that webbing up to the nearest street hydrant and the occupant of the deck chair ending up suspended in mid air on a jet of water.

Conclusion: The concept is sound but you need to fit airbags and safety belts to the chairs. Just in case.

cuz it was after its approved expiration date -
