Hi guys.
I found in this forum people searching for a speaker clip for Philips Boomboxes.
I was searching for it too, I bought online a Philips D8458 and it arrived with 2 of them broken, I searched everywhere and I couldn´t find any spare for sale.
So I tried to create one for 3d printing, I don´t have any 3d printer or till now no knowledge of 3d modeling, I searched for tutorials in youtube and after a few tries I made an model of the clip.
I was wondering if someone here in the forum could see if it´s alright or do I need to change anything before I send it for printing.

Thank You,

Hugo do Carmo.

Hi!
I just received the prints of the clip.
Here are the pics.
Later I´ll test them in the boombox.

Cheers.

How exactly is this speaker clip used? I’ve never seen speakers held in by clips before
Hi Superduper.
There are some models of Philips boomboxes that use these kind o clips, for instance mine the D8458 and for instance other that some user had asked for them too, here is the link.

If you see, the back of the boombox holds the clips wich then clip into the holes in the speaker.

Thank You.
