Took it to work today and noticed the surrounds are starting to crack in the corners. Does anyone know if someone carries replacements or where I could find replacements.......anyone have a donor box?

Hmm.....interesting approach, I wonder if I could just bridge the minor crack points instead of having to recreate the surround itself......the thing is that the driver has the "AFD" logo on it.......which is pretty cool......

Sorry to say it won't last, I had the same issue on my RX-XE550. Once the foam starts to break down it's cactus, if you fix the corners the rest will soon split.
You could coat the underside of the surround with someting like tacky glue (used for speaker foams) it would change the compliance of the woofer, as would the other method. I think this would only work on a surround that is not to weak and only as a short term solution.
