Got this cheap of eBay. Only thing was I had to change the belt for the cassette deck. Pretty loud for its size typical Panasonic quality.

Those are beauty! Got one myself,the 4900 series of Panasonic boxes are real decent. Certainly not high fidelity but good. Most of them put out around 3.5 watts RMS per channel. They're semi robust and easy to work on. Yours looks in really good shape.👍👍

I have one of these , I love these type panny , the best work boxes bar none.

Never seen one with a black tuner scale , usually they are silver.
