This is an instant when you buy a box purely for its styling. There are loads of Aka's of this boomer but I hankered for the one Reli had with chrome dust caps and the skinny needle Vu's.

Well he didn't sell me his one but gave me a great lead on one for sale in Germany. This one arrived in very very clean condition.

It's a pity the cassette buttons weren't chromed as well but I do like one piece boomers that look like this.

Yes Christine there is a touch of a champagne hue on some of the bright work.

Wow, very nice looking box.

If it had black grills to match the black handle, it would be perfect IMHO. Those huge chrome caps would really pop then!!!!
