I am known at the forum as the one who collects vintage cd boom-boxes. ( with a few exceptions of vinyl player boxes and some other „digital looking” from the 80's). I was growing up in the 80's and 90's surrounding by a variety of electronics mostly because my dad is an electrician. He can fix everything, from video tape recorder, boom box to washing machine.
I am a painter and a freelance illustrator.
My source of inspiration are 80’s aesthetics especially electronics and boomboxes.
I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Poland.
For my graduate project I received the best diploma of the year award and an Award from the City Council in Wroclaw. In my exhibitions, very often, I have display boom boxes. Below is a few pictures.

I like the art it is similar to the feel when I look at a boombox that intrest me... truly appealing

Excellent work and congratulations on your diploma award.

Your art style really reminds of the early 80's arcade game styles of Tron, Tempest, Asteroids, Pole Position and also reminds me of the 80's graphic art style that adorned so many radios especially the era right when CD's were making their way in.

I am very pleased to hear that! I am inspired by 80's movies too, and I used to read and collect comics when I was a teenager. :boba:

Great to hear that Soundboy, I am also fascinated by the look of boomboxes, they are all around me, I am inspired by them shapes and graphics, I just love to staring at them. They are whispering to my ear, about how I should create shapes on my paintings :stereo:

Now I have a few exhibitions on my schedule, so I need all of my paintings to be available .So maybe next year they will be available for sale. I have taken professional studio photos, becouse few of my friends wanted to buy prints on canvas. I can do prints for you, I will post later all of my paintings, you choose ,what you want to have, and what size. :-)

Yes, I have designed this digital heart, it's represents " New digital reality" it's also name of my diploma work. :stormtrooper:
