I had a few friends in Jr high school (1980-81) that had some trick watches. One that had an FM receiver and a headphone jack and one that played a video game. It may have been frogger.

I gave myself pretty wild callouses playing the Pac-Man watch game with the joystick (not the four buttons). The joystick clipped into the wristband when not in use, and almost immediately got lost! I just pressed on the sharp little nub on there to move him around.

That is bad ass! I was just over that ye' ole http://pocketcalculatorshow.com/ brushing up on the classic game watches. Those go for big money these days.
